Misson:
The mission of the Walk-In Clinic is to provide quality and convenient urgent medical care to the residents and visitors of Collier County. We are equipped and trained to handle a variety of your medical needs including diagnosis and treatment of acute illness; treatment of lacerations and minor trauma; pre-employment physical examinations, immigration physicals and travel vaccinations / medications. Weekdays we offer comprehensive diagnostic services including labs, MRI, x-rays, EKG and ultrasound. We fill the niche when you cannot reach or schedule a timely appointment with your regular doctor or you are visiting from out of town.

Laboratory & Radiology:
Radiographs, ultrasounds, EKGs and most laboratory work are done on the premises. The results will be reviewed with you at the time of your visit. X-rays will be reviewed subsequently by a board-certified radiologist. We receive their report 1-2 days after your visit. (In the rare event of a discrepancy in the final report from our initial interpretation, we will notify you.) We will also call you with the results of any laboratories or cultures that take longer to process. This is usually done in 2-5 days after your visit. Please make sure the receptionists have your current phone number and address, both locally and at home if you are visiting and returning home soon. If by chance you do not hear from us, please call us for your results.

Insurance & Billing:
All fees for services rendered are due at the time the service is provided. We accept American Express, Discovery Card, Master Card , VISA, Cash or Check. If we participate with your health plan, we will file your claim and collect the co-payment.

Fees vary depending on the potential complexity of your problem and consideration of coexisting chronic medical conditions. We will be happy to furnish you with a copy of your bill and receipt so that you may receive reimbursement from your insurance company.

Optimal Health Care & Follow Up:
For your optimal health, we recommend that you have a primary care physician who can provide ongoing medical care, monitor chronic medical conditions and admit you to the hospital if necessary. We will be happy to provide names of local primary care doctors.

Follow-Up
We suggest that you follow-up, preferably with your primary care physician, until your problem has completely resolved. Often times it is difficult to predict the course of your illness. Serious conditions warrant immediate follow-up. Please follow good sense. If you condition worsens significantly, seek medical attention immediately.

Emergency Room
Your symptoms may require rapid assessment in a critical care setting such as those provided in an emergency department. Please accept this referral in your best interest.
